This chandelier was made by Doria Germany. The frame in white painted metal. 50 clear glass tubes with honey colored inclusions

centered in a glass flask 12 cm (4.7\") long and 6 cm (2.4\") diameter

you get one tube of each size except the central piston as a replacement part
