Beautiful Indian Kutch silver snuff box with lovely chased and engraved decoration of flowers and entwined branches. The decoration covers the top and sides with the bottom surface engraved with the words - TUACH from Mr J Ingilby on his return from India Dec 1898 - adding an interesting historic dimension to the box.

The interior of the box is gilded.

The box measures approx 4 ins by 1.5 ins by just under 1 inch high, and weighs approx 93 gms. It is in good antique condition with wear in keeping with its age.
