This is a beautiful antique 1800\'s nun\'s pectoral crucifix! The cross has an ebony or dark inlaid wood. The base metal is silvertone but has a cast of a goldwash that can \"peeks\" through at some angles but has mostly worn to the silver base metal. The religious cross retains the skull and crossbones at the base and the \"INRI\" banner at the top. The pendant measures 3 inches in total to include the round ring with the cross measuring 2 5/8 inches by 1 1/2 inches wide at the cross bar.
