Offered here today is a nice view of the Iron Mountain House, Jackson, New Hampshire. This Private Mailing Card is postally unused but has a date in the message of July 31, 1907. The era for private mailing cards was 1898-1907.  

As you can see by the scan, this card is in fair to good condition. The upper right corner of the view is missing and there is a small crease across the lower right corner. There is a small (1/8\") tear at the center of the bottom edge. There is wear on the edges and bumping of the corners. On the back there are erased pencil marks. There is rubbing/soiling on both sides. Please see the scans for these or any other potential condition issues. The scans are part of the condition description and the scans show all parts of the card. The card you see in the scans is the card you will receive.
