Painted panel with a richly decorated sceneof the Shah - Royal - Mosque (Masjid-i-Shah) in Isfahan.

Animal and human figures are gathered at workand rest in the Royal Square (Maidan-i Shah) before the mosque.

All very nicely finished with finely painteddetailing to the tile-work, clothing and landscape elements.

Signature to the top right corner.

All within a gilt ruled border.

Not framed or glazed.

Great quality collectable painting.
