This unit is for annual usage, Week 39, a RED week,for buyer’s first use of this timeshare in 2020, specifically September 26, 2020 to October 3, 2020. As with most timeshares, buyer can join RCI andBank/exchange any years usage for another week at any of their world wide resorts, for an exchange fee.
Closing time is approximately 3 to 4 months and can be shorter or less.Timeshare purchase price can either be put into Escrow during the closing process or if buyer desires, can be paid by a money order or check after purchase here on . Other payment forms may be arranged. Transfer and closing costs will be paid by the buyer directly to the transfer company. This will be paid in stages as the closing process progresses. A $250 deposit is required before closing process is started.
