Up for sale is a very striking hall bench with large full figural carved lion armrests with a highly carved back panel with semi nude maidens flanking the elaborate scrolling center crest with foliate medallion.
The lower section has carved masks with a center panel that is carved with a scrolling acanthus leaf pattern with a cherub in center, above is the large hinged lift lid seat for lot\'s of storage inside.
The bench is in good solid condition overall with a few character stress cracks to carvings and wear to the original finish.
It measures about 45\" H x 58\" W x 23\" D and the lions are about 17\" L x x 6\" W x 12\" H
