Zuckermann Italian Virginal VIII designed by David Way. Built by Dave Smith in 2012. An easily maintained and tuned instrument that is voiced and regulated. Plectra of Celcon. Very rare solid cherry wood case, plastic jacks with adjustment screws,easily transported with a stand that disassembles. Includes a fold down music desk with doubles as a lid stick. Also included will be a copy of the Construction and Maintenance Manual as well as a tuning hammerand asomeextra jacks.

This instrument has a lovely, resonant tone; tubby and full Italianate sound.

Current Pitch : A = 440 Hertz but can be tuned down to A415 -- non transposing.
