Item is dirty from storage and use, needs a cleaning. Has scratches on the metal with finish loss. Some grease looking staining/stains. Comes with everything pictured. Sounds like something is rolling around inside. I\'m not sure if the rectangular area on the label is supposed to light up or read numbers, I did not see anything displayed here when the item was tested. Item is working.
