The positive about First Class International is that it is the most affordable means of shipping for international customers. The negative about First Class International is that the packages are not tracked and the postal service does not give a definitive delivery time. Depending on how far the item must travel and how long it is held in customs, delivery may take several weeks. Priority Mail shipping is 8 to 12 business days (not including any time held in customs).   If you are interested in Express postal service shipping please contact us for a quote. **All international customs, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping quote.** Combined shipping: We do combine shipping charges if purchasing multiple items. The highest shipping charge will be charged first and the combined shipping charge for each additional item thereafter will be added. See "Shipping and Payments" tab for fees for additional items. If an item is returned to us because the address provided was incorrect or insufficient, the buyer will be responsible for paying shipping fees to have it reshipped. We ship items to the SHIP TO address you provide on your PayPal payment, therefore be sure that this address is correct at checkout. In rare circumstances we may need to ship via a different carrier than listed. We will contact you if we need to change delivery methods. We try to keep these costs reasonable for you. We want you to be happy with your purchase. Therefore if you receive your item and decide not to keep it, we accept returns of unused merchandise in original new condition within 14 days of receipt.

Please contact us before returning any item to get return instructions.

We will refund the price of the item less shipping and a 5% restocking fee. Buyer is to pay return shipping.

We must receive the items back in like-new condition before a refund will be given.

Requests for refunds without returning the item will be denied.

Refused shipments will be refunded less a 10% restocking fee and shipping charges.
