Here is an sale for a pair of 1960 vintage candle holders designed by Yehiel Hadany a very early artist from Israel. Measurements are 7 3/8 high 2 1/2 wide at top and 2 1/4 on the bottom. These have been polished but have a noticeable dent on one candlestick on the bottom and have a little bit of tarnish on the bottom. When they were designed it was shown by the artist that upside down the pair makes an elegant pair of bud vases. The metal is silver plate.
