Very charming and ColorfulIt was established in Karlsbad around 1930 and then re-established after World War II in Wiesau, Bavaria, Germany. Since the mark includes the words Western Germany or Bavaria it dates thie piece to the 1950s or 1960s.The plates measures 7.75\" in diameter and are in great condition except
