Surrounding the Mother-Of-Pearl Stone is Twisted Sterling Silver Wire. Above the Mother-Of-Pearl Stone is a Sterling Silver Swirl and a Sterling Silver Drop. To the Right of the Mother-Of-Pearl Stone is a Sterling Silver Vine. To the Left of the Mother-Of-Pearl Stone is a Sterling Silver Leaf. The ring is a Size 6.
