I do not know much about these, but when I \'unlocked\' it, the pendulum began to move--seems to be keeping time--I watched it for about 30 min-- but I do not know how to properly balance and set it and I do not want to mess with it!!
It is in beautiful physical condition with only a couple of minor surface marks to the bottom front--see the last 2 pics
