This is a really cool double mirror with a stand. It is stamped \"Japan\" on the back and folds back together into one compact piece. The outside is a beautiful yellow swirl shell like material (although I do not know what it is actually made of) rimmed in a gold tone metal. There is a tiny bit of separation from on the top of the yellow material from the gold. It is really a gorgeous piece. I did not clean this so as not to harm it but the only real visible dirt is on the mirror which should come off easily.
