Up for sale is a letter and envelope addressed to Mr. Van Gallenhugh, Bethel Kansas dated December 21 1959. The Letter Head says John F. Kennedy, Massachusetts, United States Senate Washington D.C. This a pretty rare items since it is signed on the bottom of the letter by the more personal,Jack Kennedy, but the envelope postage verification is signed by the more formal John F. Kennedy. This letter was acquired at an Old Estate sale in Lawrence, Kansas. I believe this type of letter is extremely rare.
