Johnny Winter estate. Worn by Johnny Winter. One-of-a-kind. This is one rare shirt! I included a screen shot of Johnny Winter wearing this shirt. Johnny Winter, Muddy Waters and James Cotton pictured on shirt. 12 1/2\" pit-to-pit, 25\" top of shoulder to bottom of shirt, that\'s one thin dude. Label reads \"france size 5\". Real nice piece of blues history wrapped up in this 40 year old vintage T-shirt. I acquired this 40 year old item from a venerated New York sale company (Guernseys)tasked by Winter\'s wife Susan with saleing some of Winter\'s blues/rock & roll memorabilia. There\'s plenty of information on the web about the Johnny Winter New York sale including photos of the items I am selling. This vintage t-shirt promotes Muddy Water\'s 1977 critically acclaimed album \"Hard Again\". Pictured on the front of the shirt are Muddy Waters, Johnny Winter and James Cotton. Johnny Winter produced this record for Muddy on his Blue Sky label. This was Water\'s return to recording after Chess records \"kicked him to the curb\". The album won a Grammy for \"Best ethnic or traditional folk recording\". Playing on the recording were Water, Pinetop Perkins, James Cotton, Willie \"Big Eyes\" Smith, Charles Calmese, Bob Margolin and Johnny Winter on guitar/screams and producer. The shirt has been worn (worn by Johnny Winter) and does show some \"graying\". There\'s a little grime (or is that star dust) in the collar, excluding these issues the shirt is in exceptional condition. There are no holes, rips, tears or distortion of the arm, neck and body openings. Truly one-of-a-kind. The sale catalog pictured above is included in this sale. FREE SHIPPING.
