Josef Originals Story Angel W/less Than Perfect Birthday Cake She Has Made Rare For Sale

Here is a Josef Originals Story Angel. She is in absolutely wonderful condition and has NO NICKS, CHIPS, CRACKS OR OTHER ISSUES. These pieces were made as a series of six (3 with ponytails and three with curly hair, 3 have halos and 3 do not). This angel holds a birthday cake, lopsided and messy, but one she has just made by herself. There were saying hangtags with these pieces and hers includes the words “…I hope you like this little cake, I baked it special for your sake.”

This angel stands 5-1/2” tall and has her original hangtag. She is in clean condition. These are a wonderful series of angels and are becoming more difficult to find. Others from this series are shown in the second of the Whitaker’s Josef books, p. 54. I am selling another Story Angel today and will sell a few more in the weeks to come.
