You are offerding on a Robert F. Kennedy collectible First Day Cover which was signed/autographed by Senator and Foreign Relations Chairman JW Fulbright. It is postmarked January 12, 1979 Washington DC. I recently acquired a collection of autographed first day covers. The original owner of these First Day covers was Ms. Hazel Hale who was a Journalist from Leeds England. Her work and research lead to publications related to the Kennedy Assasiantion. This afforded her the opportunity to meet many celebrities, politicians, heads ofstate, foreign dignitaries, JFK and RFK staff members, and Kennedy family and friends. She is credited for her contributions to: Irwin, Thomas Henry, Hale, Hazel. A bibliography of books, newspaper andmagazine articles published in English outside the United States ofAmerica related to the assassination of JohnF. Kennedy/ compiled by T.H. Irwin, Hazel Hale and was included in The KennedyFamily: An American Dynasty published by Nova Science. Belfast 1975Hazel Hale (Editor) .

The collected signatures are all on JFK or RFK first day covers. The majority of autographs are from political figures, aides, friends or admirers of the President. There is pencil writing on the back of the envelope indicating the owner of the autograph and their connection to the Kennedy\'s. These autographs are from a personal collection so they do not have written certifications. I believe the signatures are authentic but I am NOT an expert in this field .Please check all the photos and feel free to ask any questions.

James William (JW) Fulbright (April 9, 1905 – February 9, 1995) was a Democratic United States Senator representing Arkansas from 1945 to 1975. He was Chairman of the powerful SenateForeign Relations Committee (1959-1974). He is the founder of the internationaleducational exchange program, and the Fulbright Scholarship Program. Fulbright supported the creation of the United Nations and was the longest serving chairmanin the history of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee.
