We ship orders within 48hrs M-F.
To qualify for free shipping your order must be shipped to a physical address in the lower 48 states (NO P.O. Boxes).
We pack our items carefully and professionally.
We factor ZERO profit into our shipping prices.
We will send a tracking email to your account the night of shipment.
We use UPS Ground as our free shipping carrier. Some smaller items may ship via USPS. We reserve the right to use either company.
If you\'re shipping to a PO Box, AK, HI, or a US Protectorate please see shipping polices below as these addresses will not qualify for free shipping.

Snowboards and wakeboards are oversized and go off of dimensional weight, they\'re not cheap to ship.

Shipping and handling to the lower 48 states via UPS Ground or USPS is $0.
Shipping and handling to the lower 48 states via UPS 3 Day Air Select is $29.95.
Shipping and handling to the lower 48 states via UPS Next Day Air Saver is $49.95.

Shipping and handling to APO/FPO, AK, HI, PR, VI, GU, MP and AS is $49.95.
Please select the USPS Priority Mail shipping option during checkout. Failure to do will delay your order as we\'ll need to capture the needed amount. We cannot ship to these addresses for free.
We ship these orders via USPS Priority Mail.
Shipments to AK, HI, PR, VI, GU, and AS take 4-8 days on average.
Shipments to APO/FPO addresses can vary greatly (normally 1-2 weeks). We ship within 48hrs via Priority Mail to Costal hubs. Give yourself more time around holidays.

International Shipping and Handling Info Due to dealer agreements this item can’t be shipped outside of the US. We have lots of brands that can so please have a look through our store or shoot us a message if you’re looking for something in particular.

Immediate payment is required.
There is 7.125% sales tax on Minnesota orders.

General Information Customer Service We take customer service very seriously. Our priority is to offer the best shopping experience possible. If you ever have any questions on any of our gear or policies please send us an email. All emails are replied to in less than 24 hrs. within hours of operation. Customer Service hours of operation: Monday-Friday 8-5pm CST. Weekends vary. Returns Exchanges/Returns are allowed and must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the item. Please contact Dj’s Boardshop for instructions. Returns made outside the 30 day window will be subject to a 10% restocking fee, excluding orders made on . Bikes returned that have been assembled will be assessed a 10-20% restocking fee. For orders placed on please see listing for return/exchange information. Christmas presents may be exchanged or returned up to January 30th. Items for exchange/return must be brand new and complete with original packaging and tags. Local Pickup Because we don\'t have a retail store, we have a \'No Local Pickup\' policy. Warranty Most products at Dj\'s Boardshop have a one year manufacturer\'s warranty. Please email us via with any issues so we can assist you in the manufacturer\'s warranty process. We here at Dj\'s Boardshop have no final say in the outcome of a warranty claim. The decision squarely rests in the manufacturers hands; we\'re here to help facilitate the process. Please be prepared to email some photos of the damaged item, if possible. This will help us determine if the warranty claim has a good chance of being accepted. Be aware that customers are responsible for shipping warrantied items to us or the manufacturer. Dj\'s Boardshop will cover the shipping of the product back to you if the manufacturer accepts the warranty claim and a replacement item is available. The warranty process can take up to 30 days from initial contact with the manufacturer. We try our best to handle all warranty issues as expeditiously as possible and some issues can be resolved in less time, but please be prepared for a 30 day turnaround time.
