Up for sale is KORG PolySix Analog Synthesizer.
Along with the Roland Juno 6 which appeared almost simultaneously, many people regard PolySix as one of the milestone of first proper programmable polysynths, and still sounding great.
The unit appears to be working reasonably well, all the keys and knobs and buttons working fine as being tested after warming the unit up for few hours. Few things I noticed are that the ARPEGGIO SPEED knob seems to have bad contacts and I needed to push in the knob to make it respond. Also it doesn\'t seem to Save new program memories correctly somehow, and the memories seem to get overwritten to different sounds after being switched off. Not sure why its doing this but theunit appears to have CR2032 lithium battery installed as pictured, so it might work with a new internal battery replaced.
Otherwise everything else appears to be working fine to the best of my knowledge with all LEDs lighting up correctly, but because of the issues above I\'m selling this as is to be used with some sort of servicing/adjustment done.The TO TAPEswitchon the back appears to have been removed so I have not tested tape loading function.
Cosmetically its in nice and reasonable condition as you can see. There are some wear and scuff marks here and there with light scuffing on the wood ends as pictured, but nothing too major. Its also missing few screws on the bottom,I\'m including plenty of pictures so you can see exactly how it looks.

If you are in Russia, South America, Israel etc, then I cannot use DHL so please ask for your rates.**This unit was made for the Japanese market which runs on 100 volts. The USA market runs on 110 volts, basically it will work fine in the USA as its only a small voltage difference, but for optimal longevity of the unit I recommend a step down converter which you can buy for about $10- $20.
There are lots of sites selling these, like or you should be able to get one in an electrical supply shop. For european customers where you have 220 volts, you would need something like NOTE
