This is a EX condition photo postcard of a youthful looking German Kaiser Wilhelm II. Lightly pencil dated on the front, 1906.
Kaiser Wilhelm II was the first grandchild of British Queen Victoria. Strongly influenced by the \"Iron Chancellor\" Otto von Bismarck, he was a tragic figure totally unsuited for his times. He helped lead Europe and then the world into The Great War, an event that caused millions of lives and enormous misery.
