Kay Sherwood 1950-53 150 Acoustic-Electric. With original case:

This is a 1950-53 model, Kay Archtop Acoustic-Electric guitar. This has been very well taken care of. It isn\'t perfect, but, it\'s in great condition. I don\'t believe in it\'s life that it has been restored. If anyone has, they done an excellent job. The pick-up and and volume and tone knobs are great. For an old guitar, it\'s in very playable condition. The case is in pretty good condition, as well. Especially being something that would normally deterriorate over years. The guitar does have a few places where the paint is scratched, or, rubbed off. Not too many though. I also have more photos. would only allow me to upload 12. I have photos of the case, and, the serial number. The serial number is K150***8. Unfortunately, I can\'t make out what the other numbers are between the 0 and the 8. They are there, but, very faint. I would love to keep it. But, I live in a place where I have neighbors that share the same thermostat as I. It might sound dumb, but, I\'m really afraid I\'m going to come home to a cracked guitar one of these days, especially where winter shows up. It\'s happened in the past.
