Knife is only a cosmetic blem and functions like any Kershaw should. I double check each knife to makesure it functions properly.

Blems do not carry a factory warranty and are marked on blade with four small x\'s to distinguish them as blems, I only send out cosmetic blems such as small scratch, bare spots or logo in the wrong spot or discoloration. Kershaw will still honor lifetime sharpening and will mail you small knife parts like clips and screws.
