This is an excellent Stereo card of the Democratic Party Presidential Nominee Governor Franklin Delano Roosevelt standing at the podium at the Democratic National Convention in Chicago, Illinois that ran from June 27 to July 2, 1932. It was made by Keystone and is from 1932. The card is titled \"Gov. Franklin D. Roosevelt, the Presidential Nominee of the Democratic Party, at Chicago, Ill.\" with a Keystone negative number of 32790. This card is in excellent condition but has some stains on the back. It measures 3 1/2\" by 7”. The back of the card is blank. Unlike the vast majority of Keystone views from most of their sets and views, this card has two square images. This style is very rare and I\'ve only seen a few of these listed on over the last 10 years and until I bought a lot of about 50 views, I\'d only received a few of these in the more than 40,000 views I\'ve bought on . Stereoviews or stereo cards have two nearly identical images mounted side by side. When looked at through a stereo viewer they give a three-dimensional image. Most popular from 1854 to 1938, they were produced in vast quantities, and many are of historical interest. They usually measure about 3 ½” by 7”.
