This King Zephyr was left to me by my father-in-law after he died at the age of 97. He started playing music when he was 5 years old, and played in a band after World War II. This King Zephyr, serial number 179119, belonged to him, and was well-cared for by him. I would to pass it on to someone who would appreciate this musical piece of history.
Details on this model can be found at the sax pics website. As a person who does not know much about music, I am unaware of any flaws on this saxophone, so request that the buyer inspect photos and ask questions if something doesn\'t make sense. I am open to reasonable offers.
Condition is in good vintage condition for age. The keys are playable and responsive - no sticky keys. Pad in good shape, nice and soft. We did have a relative try playing it and she sounded pretty darn good - at least we know it plays!
Comes with a vintage case in fair condition.
