This material is Natural, high grade, rare and comes from the Kingman Mine in Arizona. It measures 21mm x 20mm

We back most of the stones with liquid plastic steel in order to provide strength and a flat platform for setting purposes due to the irregular surface of the natural turquoise material. Some years there has been a steady supply directly from the Kingman mine, other years we have been unable to buy the quanity that we hoped for. We also offer this material uncut and rough, when available.

The Black matrix has been enhanced with a mineral stain. This is done by the Kingman mine operators before they offer it for sale.
