Very hard to find. Kodak Aerial film canister measures 10\" tall and a diameter of 5.5\".Made to hold a roll of 9.5\" X 180 feet of roll BW Type 1A Class A Kodak Plus X. Dated Nov 1961 (56 years old!!)
These rolls of films were used for aerial mapping, photography and recon.Black metal can with cardboard insert liner.
It is empty. No film. Top of metal can is dented, but not really damaged.Great collectible for the Photographer, for the All-Things-Kodak fans, for history of film.Great find. This would make for a strong protective container or case for a large camera lens or for a cine lens.
