Wetry toweed them out, becausemost of them are quite obvious (example: item is on a recordable cdor dvd, or the art worklooks very bad on item/disc, then we simply toss it) We dotry very hard to remove baditems, but sometimes even we get fooled. BRAND NEW: An item that has neverbeen opened and still in shrink wrap (ifapplicable).
Like NEW: Anitemthat looks as if it was just taken out of shrink wrap. No visible wear, and all facetsof theitem are flawless and intact.
USED-VERYGOOD: An item that is used but stillin very good condition. No damage to the jewel caseor item cover, no scuffs, scratches, cracks,or holes on jewel case. The cover art andliner notes are included. The VHS or DVD box isincluded. The video game instructions andbox are included. The teeth of disk holder areundamaged. Minimal wear on the exterior ofitem. No skipping on CD/DVD. No fuzzy/snowy frames onVHS tape. Disc may have minor scratches/fingerprints.
GOOD: An item inused but goodcondition. May have minor damage to jewel case including scuffs or cracks, or tothe itemcover including scuffs, scratches, or cracks. The cover art and liner notes areincludedfor a CD. VHS or DVD box is included. Video game instructions are included. No skippingonCD/DVD. No fuzzy/snowy frames on VHS tape.
ACCEPTABLE: Anitem withobvious and significant wear but is still operational. May have tears or holes inVHS/DVD box.The video game instructions and box may not be included. OR Could be an itemthat is disc only.Example: have only the CD of an artist, lost original jewelcase.
