I had this piano appraised and the appraisal is as follows:Kranich & Bach Cabinet Grand Upright Piano.Cir. 1895. Burl Walnut, good condition, but with minor water stains on lid. Ebony & Ivory keys in very good condition. Action has had hammers filed and bridle straps replaced. Regulation of keys and action are good. Tuning pins are tight and will hold a good tuning. Soundboard has some separation but does not have any buzzing. Bass & treble bridges in good shape, no cracks. Bass strings and piano wire have nice tone. Resale value-about $1200It is located in Burlington, MA.
