NO TURN SIGNALS INCLUDED #1 This unit is designed for 2017 - 2018 EXC & XC KTM bikes and is a bolt on, plug and ride product. 4 pin Taillight Connector . #2 This is a brand new KTM XC-W(OEM) Sub fender with a New compact LED Tail/ Stop light with license plate illumination. # 3 Very clean, compact and durable and saves 6 oz from the stock EXC Sub fender tail/ brake light combo. #4 Tail Light tucks in neatly under stock KTM EXC Upper Fender.If you have a 4 stroke or 2 stroke or XC or XC-W ( the ones that have the OEM wiring harness for trail lighting) let me know and we can help you get to where you want to go with your project as we also have tail lights, brake light switches and plug in jumpers available. General installation notes :I have found it most easily installed by 1st-removing the seat, side panels, and upper fender assembly.
Then Unplug existing taillight wiring ( you may need to also unplug a roll your turn signal wiring into the seat. Be very careful with the separate license plate illumination socket, to avoid shorting out the main lighting fuse).
Unseat /unsnap the existing number plate carrier from number plate .
Pre-Install /snap the number plate carrier onto the sub frame.
Re-Connect wiring and verify function.
Install the upper fender, and install bolts that secure the number plate carrier to the sub frame & upper fender assembly.
Re-install side panels, final check of everything then last thing Re-install seat.
