I have for sale a1970s carriage clock made by L Epee in France that is in old shop stock condition I believe never used, keeping good on time over the eight days signed on the dial by L Epee and on the rear of the movement by the maker L Epee France.
The case and movement are totally untouched and original a small service added only so the clock is gleaming away in the sunshine.
The Case
The case is in solid heavy brass in the heavy case style standing 6” high x 3.5” wide with a depth of 3” it is in perfect condition with mint bevelled glass sides/front/back door and top viewing glass.
The case has been buffed up and is gleaming.

The Dial
The dial is in mint perfect original condition in white with the original black moon hands and Roman numerals and signed by L Epee.
The Movement
The movement is an eight day time only; the movement has been serviced so keeping great time over the eight days via the original jewelled escapement to the top.
The movement is signed by L Epee to the rear with their sign stamped in and the serial number stamped in.

Overall a very heavy quality carriage clock by a quality maker that looks stunning on display and contains all of its original features this is quite a rare find these days.
