This is a stripped 1967 1/2 Datsun Roadster 1600 body tub. It is sitting loosely on its original frame. The frame has rear end damage that was repaired years ago not very well and is not included in the sale.Though if someone wanted it to help keep the tub safer for shipping, and also that it is the original numbers matching with the correct frame stamp number as the body number tag and paperwork I will include showing 1967 1/2 , we can talk price for frame also. But it would be cheap. The tub is pretty much rustfree and straight. Very, very nice solid rustfree floors and rockers, Looks like the front left corner was worked very, very little . And somewhere in the past, the car must of been rear ended very very lightly as they worked the rear cross bar on the frame. And the very bottom of the rear inner panel at the trunk floor has some work done there. Can not really even see it unless you get up and personal. So there has been previous body work done,But no rust ,beautiful flat nice clean floors, excellent rockers, even with the jack pugs, nice clean inner engine bay, nice clean firewall trumps that.And being a true 1967 1/2 with vin plate and matching paper, not too mention the matching frame will be hard to beat if you want to build the most desirable of Datsun 1600 or 2000 Roadsters. These old original parts are getting harder and harder to find. Especially as nice as this one is. I have 2 pictures that show the car before being parted. And before anybody sends the lynch mob out after me for parting this car, I had it listed here on a number of times over the last few months, and not one person expressed an interest or put their money up where their mouth is.
