I have for sale this breathtakingly beautiful and most unusual French vintage pictorial lace curtain, featuring a magnificent pair of resplendent Peacocks, frames by huge roses, daisies and foliage, please see all 12 photo\'s, it will look simply sublime in a modern or antique interior. It is in good but vintage condition with the exception of one small pull in the lace, please see last photo, you have to look long and hard to see this and it will repair with just a few small stitches, the curtain is a very light cream colour but some people may say it is white, I thought so until I put it next to a white linen sheet, it is nice and easy on the eye. This beautiful curtain was found in a house clearance here in the South of France, I am sure it would have cost a fortune when it was first purchased. The curtain is finished off at the top with deep quality heading tape and at the bottom there is a very attractive deep scalloped fringing. This amazing curtain measures approx :- wide 1m50 or 59\" and long including the fringing 2m13 or 84\".
