We accept payments via PayPal (Credit & Debit Cards), DirectBank Deposit (Details will be provided on checkoutafter selecting direct bank deposit as method of payment) &Money Orders (Please contact us to confirm postal addressfor money orders). There are two methods of PayPal payments,one is via express and the other is recognised as a PayPalE-Cheque. PayPal E-Cheques do take anywhere from 5-7business days to clear. Bank Deposits take anywhere from 1-4business days to clear. Please take note of this when makingpayment.

Goods will only be posted once payment has cleared.

All items sold are 100% brand new stock as supplied to us byour supplier. Work wear merchandise is prone to normal wearand tear and this does not warrant it as a defectiveproduct, we will only warrant items that have been sent asfaulty on arrival.

Any customised or decorated item(s) cannot be returned for arefund or exchange.We do not provide refunds on incorrect choice or mistakepurchases in accordance with Australian consumer law. We dohowever provide exchanges at the cost of the buyer. Pleasenote that the costs of returns are quite high predominatelydue to the price of freight and also the restocking feescharged by suppliers. All items being returned will incur a15% restocking fee as charged by our supplier + returnpostage to you.

In the rare chance that we may have sent you an incorrectstyle, customer is to return item back to us for us toexchange, we will reimburse postage expenses for the returnpostage to the customer.
