This appears to be hand blown glass. I\'m unsure of the age. It is from the estate of an elderly gentleman and many of his items can be dated pre-1900, but I don\'t know if this is one of those items. He also had items from Williamsburg, so it could be that too.
From bottom to the top of the stopper it\'s 11 inches. the base is 7 inches wide. it weights 2lbs, 14 ozs.
I did not clean it up. This is how it looked when removed from his basement bar.
