On offer is a stylish antique three piece sterling / solid silver teapot set. All pieces with matching hallmarks for Birmingham 1925 bythe high quality makerJoseph Gloster Ltd ofLion Silver Works, Hockley Hill. With ribbed lower body and remarkably still unengraved!
Length tea pot 28 cm (large). Total weight an impressive 1,010 grams of solid silver. Condition good. Full working order. Nut sure, but there may have been small silver solder repairs to the base joints of the sugar bowl handles (hardly noticeable and fully secure). Also two minor crease lines to the body of teapot. Otherwise just light wear commensurate with age.
