This is an unusual piece of jewelery. It is some sort of pendant or medal measuring 21.7x17.3mm. There is a large cross and two wreathes around it. There are also two swords incorporated in the deisgn. The pendant is engaved with the following letters SS, HAA, JG, BH, and DG. Really it is a mystery to us so we can not tell you much about it.We acid tested it and we are certain it is 14K Yellow Gold.
