This is a Tiffany high grade watch movement made for a Hunting case. The 18kt gold case it originally came in is gone. I tried to give enough pictures to allow you a definite identification. I feel it\'s a Patek Philippe made for Tiffany. But that\'s my opinion.The serial # is: 18579. Under the dial I can see are 3 numbers: 7, 5433 & 18579. \"18579\" is also scratched on the back of the enamel dial which has also a written \"PR\". The dial is in excellent condition. Staff, hairspring, wheels & dial are in great order & the staff turns back and forth readily. It\'s not broken. The outside part of the lever is gold solid gold. No hands.Diameter: 39m/m. Thickness 7.5-8m/m. The movement looks ready to go if wound. As far as I am concerned, movements are the heart of a watch, not the case. As a collector I always tried to buy great movements even when their cases were gone.. NO RETURN.
