Up for sale is a very high quality antique hand carved figural lava stone sculpture.it\'s the most intricately carved lava stone I have seen depicting a full figured lady and dog.the sculpture is completely 3 dimensional and done with a realistic approach.the level of craftsmanship is incredible being able to acquire such detail on such a small scale.it\'s set in an ornate oval dore bronze frame which is very nicely cast and has a pivoting leg on the backside.the sculpture alone measures 2 inches by 1 5/8 inches wide by 3/4 inches thick.the frame measures 3 7/8 inches by 3 1/4 inches.it displays wonderfully and in nice condition, she has a chip to the tip of her nose and small flakes on the ground edge under the feet.

buyer is responsible to file insurance claims via USPS, if package arrives broken or damaged, due to USPS\'s new policies the broken or damaged package has to be present when filing claims.
