For sale: One LEGO Creator/Town themed set: 10190 Market Street. It has original instructions. All figures present, with original instructions. From a smoke and pet free home. Built and displayed. Please see my part description below.Sticker/Printed parts: This set did not come with stickers from LEGO, and stickers are not present here. Printed parts all present and in excellent condition.Minifigure condition: All present, and all figures in excellent condition with little or no torso print wear (see pics).Part condition: Good to excellent condition. Some minor nicks on the bricks/plates from being in bags. All accurate parts and colors for this set (some sets come with part substitutions; not mine!) Little, if any, sun wear and all parts are correct type for year the set was produced! Some shading differences are present in brick, but the parts came this way from LEGO. Box? Unfortunately this set comes without a box.Batteries: Set not designed for batteriesAbout my used items: I am a LEGO collector of new and used sets for near 20 years. I have rebuilt/completed many an old set, sometimes with replacement parts, but I use parts from that age range of the set and try to ensure all are accurate to the set and that time period with no color substitutions! This may not matter to the casual fan but to purists it does, so I do the best I can with my years of experience rebuilding old sets from LEGO lots (so type 1 eyelets and clips for those sets that used them for example). I also try to remove any sun worn parts (\'yellowed\' parts) when able, try to match the \'shade\' of the part from years of wear, no color substitutions, no usage of brand new current era parts as replacement for old parts, and remove any parts with teeth marks or otherwise beat up pieces to the best of my ability (and will note in my part condition area above when I could not). As always PLEASE ask questions, and if there is a problem, please contact me first to try to resolve before leaving response!

Shipping Insurance Mandatory: I use new shipping boxes to ship items in and packing material, not brown shipping paper or old flimsy boxes. That being said, I can not guarantee that damage will not occur by the shipping company in transit. This is why insurance is mandatory in my listings (and included in shipping fees). If the item is over 700 dollars, Signature confirmation is also mandatory. I have boxed many items in the past and box them well.

US Shipping Policy:

-U.S.buyers offer FREELY. Foreign buyers see below.

-All Items are sent out with a USPS Delivery confirmation number.(This is included in Shipping fee)

-Handling time(before shipping) sometimes can be 3 days after payment is received,meaning it can take me up to 3 days toreach the PO. If you get your item within the designated time as stated by handing time in the shipping information then you received the item ONTIME! PLEASE do not leave me negative response as I will report unjust negative response to .

- Multiple items- I do combine shipping for multiple items won, but only if able (i.e weight and size can fit into another box) and you will need to use the shopping cart to combine the items and ask for a estimate before paying . For this set though, I CANNOT combine to ship with another item, sorry.

SHIPPING BOXES/MATERIALS: Shippingfee will also Include purchase of a New shipping box (which usually cost around 8 dollars from UPS(if it is a big box)to ship the item in if needed (this is incorporated into my fees). I willalways try to provide a NEW shipping box if possible as I hate when Ireceive an Item in a beat up box, or when someone uses brown shipping paper around a Lego box, which is useless.
