Each of the 13 annual issues of this plate represent Christmas in one of the Original Colonies, and is expressed by the use of items in the wreath reminiscent of the colony .

This red, white and blue plate appropriately honors the first colony to formally declare independence from Great Britain. Red cherries with white clam shells , wampum and blueberries on a bed of pine boughs echoes the patriotism of Rhode Island . Beautiful brilliant design so typical of Lenox China

It is accented with 24kt gold around the rim and the explanation on the back side of the plate.
