Welcome to this sale of an Antique Limoges bowl measuring 9\" in diameter, 1 1/2\" in height. This piece has the Elite decorating mark #6 as per Gaston\'s book which dates it to 1880-1891, and also the Coiffe mark of France. It is in excellent shape with no chips, cracks, crazing, breaks or repairs, no gold loss. It is nicely designed and beautifully decorated with heavy gold. The front of the plate is more of an ivory color, than it is white and the back of the plate is white. The decorative emblem in the center is clear and distinct with no fading.
