Description:Lladro Spain EARLY number 4612 Nina Ye-Ye Girl singing with microphone matte figurine, by the designer Juan Huerta. Research shows this was originally issued in 1970 & retired in 1981. The previous VIP owner Carwood Lipton of Band of Brothers fame, lived & worked in Spain during the 1960\'s & early 1970\'s, where he purchased several of these. The figurine is marked on the bottom with impressed Lladro Made in Spain & other numbers & symbols. The figurine measures approximately 7 7/8 inches tall.The figurine is in good vintage estate condition as follows;I HAVE EXAMINED THE PIECE UNDER A BLACK LIGHT. NO CRACKS, SCRATCHES OR REPAIRS. THERE IS ONE VERY HARD TO SEE SMALL IMPRESSED AREA ALONG THE BOTTOM LEFT SIDE RIM HEM OF HER DRESS. WHEN THIS AREA IS VIEWED WITH A LOUPE IT APPEARS TO BE IN THE MAKING OF THE PIECE, BUT COULD POSSIBLY BE A FLEABITE. SO PLEASE SEE ALL PHOTOS I HAVE PROVIDED & ESPECIALLY THE LAST TWO OF THAT AREA.
