Antique Kestner doll
Eyes: Sleepy, blue glass eyes
Head: bisque
Hair: Red wig
Lashes: Upper and lower painted lashes with feather painted brows.
Mouth: Pink lips, open mouth with two sculpted teeth and tongue showing
Body: Composition body
Size: 14\" long
Markings: Back of the neck is marked, \"Made in Germany 152 4\"
Clothes: Gown is vintage and is made by award winning doll artist Mary Jane Mertz.
Doll is in great condition. Head has minor surface wear from age, but no cracks, chips or repairs. Pate is partially removed because I had to stuff it with tissue for shipping. However, when I was stuffing the head with tissue in anticipation of shipping, the eyes became dislodged. The eyes are in great condition, but will need to be reattached to the head. The body has some discoloration as pictured and one of the fingers was reattached/sculpted.
