As of late, is charging 10% fees on shipping AND final sale prices. Also PayPal currently charges 2.9% of the total sale accompanied by an additional .30 cents for every transaction.

And, the United States Postal Service has raised their shipping costs as of January, 2015. ( yet again !!! )
