I had the pleasure of attending an estate sale recently in Palo Alto, California. In an old 1800\'s chest I found a beautiful collection of asian motif linens. Still neatly folded and starched. Some have stains and very small wear and tear. I had never seen such intricate hand embroidered pieces. The lady stated her military parents were stationed in asia and brought home these lovely items from the 1920\'s.There are 25 pieces and since i am not familiar with the cost of these antique linens I would like to sell the lot.The orange flower set is a square tablecloth measuring about 44 1/2 in square with 4 matching napkins that are 13 3/4 in. squares.The green set includes a runner 42x 17 3/4in. 5 placemats (one slightly stained) 18 x 12 1/4 inches and 6 napkins (very clean) 13 3/4in squares.The yellow set includes a tablecloth apron 52in square & 5 napkins 12 in square.There are also two more table cloths also 52 in square. One has BEAUTIFUL PAGODA MOTIF.The other one also white has flower motif. Very fine linens should go to a true collector to be properly preserved and enjoyed!
