This is a rare French original advertisement poster by J. Minot. It is titled \"La Maison Moderne.\" This does NOT appear to be a copy. I believe this is an original advertisement poster, or a version of the original. It has been in our family collection for many years. it is a real lithograph and was created as such. Has water staining but could probably be restored. Size is about 30X21 inches. With the frame it is 31X22 inches. Post-impressionism. Art Nouveau style. A wonderful addition to any serious collection. Please make an offer. I could not find a comparable piece online. I would assume this is a very hard piece to come by. Not sure if it has been trimmed or not? You can buy the copies online but this is the real deal. Ready to hang.
