How long for delivery?
We usually post items within 24 hours by first class post

Our delivery speed is the same for everyone, we treat all customers equally & therefore we can not give anyone preferential treatment.

Characters and lines?
We can, in theory engrave any amount of letters on to any item, however the more letters you have, the smaller the writing will be. For this reason we recommend around 30 characters for this item.
We can do more but please be aware that the text size will get progressively smaller as more letters are added.

Can I see a proof before you post?
Please be assured that we provide a quality finish, evident by our extremely high response. Creating & emailing a proof is quite time consuming, especially if we did it for everyone, so unfortunately we can not provide a proof.
