This is a gorgeous Italian designer necklace. It was made by the very famous Leo Pizzo. The necklace is done in 18K yellow gold with 4 diamond stations. There are 47 small round diamonds that have an approximate total weight of 2.35cts. The necklace weighs 43.4dwts and measures 19mm in the center and tapers down around the back to 4.5mm. There is a good lock on this necklace with a figure 8 lock added for extra security. The inside of the necklace is stamped with the gold content and the Leo Pizzo logo. If you love the look of fine Italian designer jewelry, this is the perfect item for you. We also have a matching bangle bracelet and matching earrings and a matching ring. These items do not have the signature inside. I think that the jeweler polished it off?
